Does anyone now of a place that has spin classes (preferably deep southwest)? I don't want to sign up for a membership for a gym, but would just like to go once a week, for a few months. Thanks!

The YMCA in Shawnessy has spin classes and might have something that you would be interested in? Phone 256-5533

I've done the spin class at the Y in Shawnessy. I guess I would say its good...but why anyone would put themselves through that torture is beyond me!!
