Personally (and it's a personal quirk) I found women with painted toenails a major red flag. If they're going to be worried about something as trivial as to how their toenails look then I see that as a warning sign for other things.

Give me a pretty, down to earth, natural girl anyday.

I used to date a girl who grew up on a farm.
She was into hunting, and about as low maintenance as they come, but she made sure she kept her toenails panted, because if you live on a farm it's pretty easy to end up with ugly feet on account of dirty toenails.

So there's your exception that proves the rule.

Technically she's not really hot or anything. Pretty average but I like her. She's half Portugese and I think that's where the temper comes from. She'll fly off the handle on some things and then realize it about half an hour later and come back and apologize.

But yeah there is a middle ground…and referring back too the post you quoted I thought about it and I shouldn’t say “most men” I think it’s more subjective that I originally made it sound. I know for me on a scale from 1 to 10. 1 being a girl who has more masculine traits than I do and 10 being a delusional high maintenance daddy’s girl, I would probably go for about a 7. Attractive enough too have some high maintenance qualities but also realizes there are other people on this earth than her. These women are rare however.
