The 1 water bottle rule is annoying. I like to freeze at least 3 bottles of water for myself, let them slowly melt throughout the day and I always have ice cold water. For free.
By the way, they've released a bunch more tickets on ticketmaster, both on the floor and in the stands.

I saw Metal Gods at their opening gig of the world tour and I have to say that i was a bit dissapointed. The songs from new album weren't great, and voice of halford has been going down since I last saw them 2005. Maybe I wasn't drunk enough and the sitting places aren't just ment to listening metal. But still they should close that gig and not Ozzy, what has he ever done other than found RR ??
Maiden show week ago won JP gig 100-0, maybe because because I was drunk and standing. And there were 35 000 drunk with me all excited of Maiden. And it didn't Rain:

Thats just nice. Make us spend 5 bucks for a little bottle of water, and 10 bucks for a crappy hotdog. Hows the food at McMahon? not great I would imagine. Totally stoked for 3 Inches of Blood, Testament and Judas Priest, and I guess Ozzy. From what Ive heard, his shows havn't been as good of late.

Ozzy is hit or miss. When he's on it's a great show (like he was in Halifax earlier this year), when he's off he's terrible.

Well I'll be working a beer stand at McMahon for the event. So I guess I'll hear the show, even if I don't see it.

Just buy the biggest bottle of water you can find tonight and freeze it. They don't regulate the size do they. Heck, get one of those culligan jugs of water and bring it down! Just make sure it is still sealed.

I am going tomorrow. XD I can't wait. I finally get to see Judas Priest (I am only 18!). When I first heard they were coming I said I was going to buy tickets, then it was announced they are doing it with Monsters of Rock, then found out Testament and Voivod were going as well!! I didn't know the other bands so I dl'd some music, and 3 Inches of Blood rules!! I will be going at 1:10 to see Priestess, as I don't care much for Zimmer's Hole.
Where is everyone parking? I am thinking the parking for McMahon stadium will be packed so maybe I go to a nearby resteraunt. =D
Not to mention I got a 8GB memory card a week ago that I can fill with 1900 pictures of the concert. YES!! I CAN'T ****ING WAIT!!
The only thing that sucks is there is chance of thundershowers. It is 40%. The good news is they last for like 10 minutes usually.

How was Cavalera Conspiracy? They're the only band on the ticket that I haven't seen and would like to.

They were pretty good, not really my thing but they did a good job as we were in line for 2 hours for a beer. If McMahon has another concert I hope there are more beer tents. My wife is happy because I was there for 7 hours and am sober

What a show. Unfortunately I missed most of 3 Inches of Blood and all of Priestess *sigh* but I got to see a few 3 Inches of Blood songs and they were good. I didn't think much of Shadow Fall or Hatebreed but I liked both of them very much. Cavalera Conspiracy was good. When they played Refuse/Resist, Max's mike died almost all of the song, it turned on on like the last part. Then the last 2 songs his guitar broke. XD Serj Tankian sucked to say the least. The sound equipment wasn't that good and his songs weren't that great either, although I like a few the malfunction of the sound equipment ruined it. Like, a lot of the time you could barely hear him sing, or the guitar would randomly get louder, etc.
Judas Priest were gods, and I hoped they would play 3 more songs at least, but they didn't.
Ozzy was good as well but he played too many ballad's for my taste, but he played Iron Man, Warpigs, Suicide Solution, Mr.Crowly, Crazy Train, Bark at the Moon, No More Tears, but I left during the 3rd last song, and when I was exiting in my car he played Mama I'm Coming Home, which I heard most of, and I missed Paranoid, but I am fine with that.
The weather was odd, we got just about everything in that one day, sunny and hot, cloudy and mild, rainy and cloudy, rain and wind, rain and sun, all of it.
All in all, I saw 2 guys passed out, heard two "We Want Beer" chants, I saw 5 guys get arrested (a lot of people got arrested which I didn't see) , 1 homeless person eating someone else's hotdog, 5 women flashed their whatnots, someone threw around a blowup doll of a lady in a bikini, someone else had a blowup sheep and there were a few rolls of toilet papers being thrown around. Also, the guys I went with caught 2 guys fighting in the beer line, on a camera, and I got to see it which I burst out laughing.
I would definitely do it again if they come back next year, with a similar gig.

If you see my wife, let her know we're out of beer.
She's the one with her shirt off... pushing 50, still a nice rack.
Could be worse.

Did you see the girl on the "monitor" and the people thought and 'hoped' she should flash, and then some guy tried to pull her shirt down from her right side of her shirt. She then grabs it and pulls it back up and cheers again. Me and my uncle laughed so hard.
One of the girls on someones shoulders wasn't wearing a shirt, just had her hands on her ti.ts. Then she cheered, bearing all and the crowd cheered for her.
WHAT A GREAT SHOW!! I CAN'T WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN!! THE STUPID/FUNNY STUFF YOU SEE OUTSIDE THE MUSIC IS JUST AS GOOD AS THE MUSIC!! Not to mention the Ozzy skits, before he went on, were all hilarious. I liked the deal or no deal, he opens it up "Eat Sh.it". The lady starts to cry. AHAHAHAHA OZZY OZZY OZZY

OH MY GOD! What a show! Judas Priest was so sick! Ozzy was great, but Zakk Wylde friggin stole the show, he blew me away up there rippin' on guitar. Just amazing. The show was organized very poorly, with the stage placement, long lines everywhere, but the music definately made up for it.

Poor planning, the organizers did not crunch the numbers and even attempt to figure out how long it would take to everyone into the venue. And why would they not use more than 1 gate? We arrived at 12PM and found the lineup starting at the SE corner of the stadum by Crowchild, around the entire stadium and when the crowd ran out of room they curved back in the other direction the length of the stadium. This was right next to University Dr. where semi trucks were trying to pull in and navigate through the lineup. Complete gong show to say the least, I know we don’t have big shows at McMahon everyday, but come on.
Took an hour to get inside, missed Zimmer’s Hole and Priestess. I had previously written off 3 Inches of Blood but was pleasantly surprised, not bad at all. Testament were the main reason I bought a ticket, I’ve been a huge since I was a kid and never had the chance to see them before. Skolnick is absolutely incredible, anyone with even a small interest in the band needs to check out the London DVD. Chuck Billy looked horrible, but the guy fought off cancer so I guess you could say he looks great since he could be dead. Love that band.
I’ve always respected VoiVod and had a slight interest in them but never bought any of their albums, they sounded fine and the new guitarist was alright. No interest in Shadows Fall, the poor man’s KIllswitch. I left to get some water which took 45 mins. It was kind of cool to see the Cavaleras on stage again, Igor is a hell of a drummer and Rizzo is just awesome but they rushed through some of the material and had a horrible mix. Max has just released too many horrible Soulfly albums for me to care what he does anymore.
I don’t like Hatebreed at all, they bore me and their set went on far too long. Serj had a decent band behind him and the solo material came across well, I don’t know if the pink shirts, top hats and comments about the crowd needing more culture went over with the beer swilling animals in the crowd but everyone seemed to like him. No System songs. Judas Priest were great as expected, although I wonder if Halford is getting worn down in his old age. Maybe he just hunches over to read the teleprompters.
It’s been a few years since I’ve seen Ozzy so that was kind of fun but the show was ruined by the onslaught of pinch harmonics and over the top posturing by Zakk Wylde. The guy has simply lost his mind with the pinch harmonics, he can’t control himself. I don’t recall him being this bad last time I saw Ozzy. It’s become an obsessive compulsive thing, he can’t play for half a minute without squealing. Go crazy on the “No For the Wicked” to the present material but I wish he would please refrain from crapping all over Lee, Rhodes and Iommi, players with far more skill, taste and feel that he will ever have. The guy also played one of the most terrible and hacky guitar solos I have ever heard. Zakk owes me 10 minutes of my life back. Myself and 4 of my friends left during “No More Tears” to beat the crowd, we saw enough and I sure didn’t need to hear Paranoid again with pinch harmonics.
