I can't seem to find any decent clips on youtube worth sharing, but I listen to a lot of standup comedy and am currently recommending these comedians to everyone I know:

Jen Kirkman
Doug Stanhope

Zach Galifianakis is probably right up there for my favorite standup performer of all-time, but his routines really lend themselves to live performances rather than simply the audio stuff, and he throws out tons of one-liners, so youtube clips don't do him justice. His DVD "Live At The Purple Onion" is awesome, and I read another forum that he is planning a CDN tour soon. Go see him if you hear he's coming to a city near you.

Oops! Missed that. Yeah, he's definitely an up and comer for sure. He was a big highlight at Bonnaroo this year, in addition to Zach. His CD "My Secret Public Journal- Live" is awesome if you're into "funny story" standup, a la Bill Cosby.

I was wondering if/when you were gonna put up some David Cross AC. Another one of my all-time favorites. Excited for his new HBO project with Bob Odenkirk, and hoping for a new standup album soon- I've heard a couple pieces of new material from him and they are great as usual.

I actually really like Robert Schimmel, but I don't think there are too many bits that could be posted on here as he is filthy. In my opinion, he is the best.

I also like David cross. I can't find it on Youtube, but he does this one bit where he talks about his friends having kids and how parents are always talking about their kids...
