Nope. But she and her hubby are coming this week. I may be a little late so be nice to them. Also, I found a girl in my building that plays as well so she can also help out when we're short girls.

How'd it go for you guys tonight?

I just found out central doesn't play until Tuesday so I have a night off tomorrow to rest. If you really want to read about it, see the other slo-pitch thread, but that team didn't even fricken show up tonight. Only 5 of us showed, so someone will be getting a yellin' from a 'roid monkey pretty quick here.

We had some good moments and some bad moments. Made a few nice double plays, also had more than our share of errors. Shawnski cheered us on for a bit.
When we got to the bar a team from CSSC had scooped our table...there was nearly a riot. troutman calmed the situation by having his way with their womenfolk.
Chid won the slo pitch poker AND WASN"T AT THE BAR!!!!! Pulled a banffgirl. troutman won the 2nd game of slo pitch poker, third time this season, jerk.
Oh we had a spectacular collision in RF, troutman and rhettzky having a meeting of minds and knees while in pursuit of the elusive OUT.
All in all we had fun, 2 losses but fun none the less.

Sorry for your turnout. We had the barest minimum ourselves.

Top Canadian = SportsJunky fighting off injuries has a good night at the plate

Hardest working = RinkRat

Best poker player = troutman with a pair of ladies; chid with pocket rockets

I thought I was going to get the pink scarf for that casual stroll after being late. I blame it on the hoot I had while floating down the river in the afternoon. Rubecube wins motivator of the game for hurrying me.

I have a blister on my hitting hand, I was trying to keep it hidden from the coach so they'd keep me in the lineup.

I then realized I made the lineup.

You two are not allowed to get hurt, we need at least 2 people who aren't hurt in some way. Wait until after the game if you have to do something dangerous.

I predict a win, considering all our injuries.
