Looks to be more Diablo2 style of play.

Also, it will be interesting to see the minimum graphics cards requirements just from the game play videos.

Yah, this game will stay with the Diablo II model which is honestly better for this type of game.

Chobyhy, I hadn't realized that a new ladder was started last year. It's been a while since Diablo 2 graced my hard drive. But seeing that Diablo 3 is announced... I may have to reinstall. And I know that it's going to be at least 2 years, but this has me psyched.

Different type of game entirely. It uses battle.net and therefore will have no monthly fee.

Haha yep, I started with the new ladder then I quit... I realize how I depended so much on duped runes and overpowered items to play. But hopefully for Diablo 3, they'll put more security measures to protect the game from hacks and dupes that flooded and ruined D2.

By the way the new ladder started 2-3 weeks ago, and I was just pointing out that the previous reset before that one was only a year ago. (Last year they said they'll try to reset D2 ladder every year and so far they have lived up to the promise)
