Default MySQL -> SQL

Is there a relatively quick and painless way to port data from a (Linux) MySQL box over to a (Windows) SQL server?

While not a stranger to SQL, I am new to MySQL and some of the server aspects of Linux.

Actually, scratch this. I just installed a WAMP package on one of our windows servers. I'll port the data from the Linux box to the windows mysql.

That works too

Porting data between MySQL and MS SQL (really, any database engine to another) is always a pain in the butt.

You can install a Windows native version of MySQL that works really well, but WAMP is certainly the easiest setup.

Ha! Yeah, I hear that. Don't know why I didn't think of WAMP sooner... I've used an instance of it before on a dev project and it was fairly brainless to implement.

There should be loads of utilities that will export your schemas and data to DDL and DML.

Edit: Nm... Found one. It's amazing what can happen when I actually use the internet for things other than CP...
