Not everybody treats literature like Hustler, dude...

And Beverly Cleary... there's an author I haven't heard of since I was in grade 3ish.

I second this, I deal with G books on a regular basis. Great stuff and if you're a used book hunter, this place is gold.

I wonder how the genealogy guy is doing now. And I dropped by Wordsworth Books today. That little place is PACKED full of books. No wonder he's downsizing. Will probably take him forever to move. I got a couple books there, nothing specific that I was looking for, but for a buck, doesn't really matter. Anyhow, he says he plans to move to "Downtown Printing Location 10 st and 8 ave SW". Mind you, he said he hasn't signed any lease papers yet. It's more of he hopes to get that location.

Holy crud, he could probably open up his own library. Nope, couldn't find them.

His biggest problem is he buys more books off customers as opposed to selling them. His inventory keeps growing as opposed to decreasing.

Ohhh and that place is a fire trap. Books stacked on the floor and boxes of books blocking the rear exit and hallway. Forgot to mention he has van that he stores books in also

Lots of fuel for a fire there. I'm hoping to go back sometime this week when I've got more time.

Have you tried www.abe.com ? I did a quick search there and found a very large selection of Beverly Cleary books.

Hmmm. Thanks for the link. I'll definitely have a looksee there.

Edit: That's great. They've got the ones with the old retro covers instead of the new ones. Thanks again for the link, I've never heard of this before.

I plan to take a day and hit all the used bookstores downtown. Will put that on the list. Thanks.
