Tried to go to the baseball game tonight...cancelled. And it's actually really nice outside right now.

It's snowing in Kalispell, MT right now. I just got a text from my sister with a picture. I wish I was there.

We had the wettest May on record in Wichita this year. Over 15 inches of rain.

Looks like it may be sunny on Friday, but they are predicting rain for the weekend, currently.

This is reminding me of a few years ago. It seems like a struggle to get the temperature to break 20C again. Really crappy spring outside like a week of decent weather.

If it keeps raining like this Crowchild Tr. at Stoney Tr. will be flooded in the morning. There's 2 pumping trucks trying to keep the water from pooling on the road but it's a lost cause if there ever was one.

All the rain isn't very good for those of us who have outdoor booths at the oil show! It was dead outside yesterday.

The trees and shrubs in the Wildwood area have never looked better - must be the rain along with higher than normal concentration of CO2 in the air.

The only thing that bugs me about the rain is having to take the dog for a walk in the rain several times a day. We're in the process of growing grass in our backyard, and letting him out there in the mud is out of the question.

Don't even joke about the F word. I was evacuated from my home three years ago and came within an inch of water breaching the local berm system. Had the water kept rising for another hour I would have had water up to the level of our kitchen counters. So ixnay with the F word, even in jest.

I heard today that if Calgary gets the 10-15mL worth of rain that's expected we'll equal the entire average rainfall for the month of June...............

It seems that spring in Calgary over the last few years has been consistently miserable.

I am getting a mix of rain/hail at my place right now.

I have lived in Calgary and area for my whole life and I certainly dont recall it being this bad when I was younger. Cant enjoy the outdoors at all right now, unless you like being soaked to the bone.

Arrgh. Guess all I can do is shake my fist like a grumpy old man at it.

Any word if we are going to get killed by mosquitoes later? All this water can't help.

Actually I don't mind the rain but my dog hates it. She won't walk more then 5 minutes.
