The new puck logo at the top left of the screen is usually a transparent gif but on my work computer it has a grey background... just so you know. I think it must be IE6 but it's a limited browser.

Versions of IE prior to 7 cannot interpret transparency in png files.

is a fix for PNG support in IE 5.5+

You should also upgrade to IE 7.
