Man charged in LRT Murder that happened Tuesday Night in Calgary

City police have charged a Calgary man after a murder at a downtown LRT platform.
Two men were stabbed after an altercation at the 7th Avenue and 8th Street LRT platform around 10:30 Tuesday night.
22-year-old Walter Henderson later succumbed to his injuries in hospital, the second victim remains in hospital in stable condition.
26-year-old Justin Allan Crowchild has been charged with second-degree murder and attempted murder.

Even at 4:30 in the afternoon that platform is ridiculous. The cops insist on standing in the Mac's parking lot and not moving from there too, even though most of the crazies and stupidity happen on the east end of the platform.

It's not that bad. I've using the east end of the platform for 2 years now. The worst thing that happened was some guy offered to sell me weed.

I worked across the street for 3 years with a clear-cut view down on that corner. Just wait until the sun goes down.
