I probably won't be able to resist dropping subtle clues if I was famous. Granted, it could be a good thing for CP, bring more people on the board and increase the exposure of the Flames. Win win

wouldn't tell anyone. As the supermarket tabloids prove, anonymity is a wonderful thing.

I would SO abuse my newfound fame to denigrate anyone who dared disagree with me:
"Well, I guess a "lawyer" might think that way, but as a internationally known musical superstar and recipient of multiple Grammy awards, I THINK I know a little bit more about the Criminal Code than you do. So, quiet while the adults are talking, okay?"
Seriously though, I wouldn't come out and brag, but if someone asked or happened to know because they knew me elsewhere and made the connection, I wouldn't have a problem with it. I certainly wouldn't worry about what the media found out about me from what I've ever said on the Internet, as it is pretty much what I say IRL anyway.

You could claim to be famous, but chances are the mob would flame you before your credibility could be verfied. If I'm famous, hopefully it means I'm rich and I don't have to spend time on the internet to entertain myself anymore.

I would probably drop subtle clues, but never actually come out and say anything. That said I'm sure there are a few posters who I would tell and that would know.

A staggering feat, if you ask me, to be anonymously famous.

Not a chance in hell. I like my privacy and the last thing i'd want is my mug shot and private life on the front page of some tabloid.

I would try to buy and sell this place like a dime-piece. I also would make a custom user title for myself: Do you know who I AM?

I look at it the other way. Hopefully it would mean I'm rich and wouldn't have to work, hence I would have more time to surf the internet. In keeping with the original question. I wouldn't flaunt my status. I like my anonymity.

There's no way I would - anonymity would be a wonderful thing, to have at least in one place ...
As a teacher I have some degree of 'fame', so-to-speak, without the attendant riches, and I tell you, it stinks ... running into students and their parents all over the place ... I remember one time I went to the Maid with some out of town family members, when parent-teacher interviews were the next day, thinking, "Wouldn't THAT be awkward ...?"

I wouldn't be bothered to post on CP anymore, as I'd be spending all my free time at Hef's mansion, so noone would ever know

I would tell CP if I did anything of even remote value, lol.
I would like to be known. Not crazy famous, but known. I mean if I did get successful musically for instance, I'd like to have one of those careers where you're known by your fans, but left alone mostly by everyone else, and the tabloids definitely leave you alone. Trent Reznor and James Maynard Keenan come to mind as having that kinda of famousness.
I wouldn't be on CP bragging about it, but I would be here connecting with people that were interested in it and wanted to be involved in it, whatever 'it' was.

Would being famous get you a red square or a blue one?
Morpheus: You take the blue pill and the story ends. You wake in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.
(a red pill is shown in his other hand) You take the red pill and you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.
(Long pause; Neo begins to reach for the red pill) Remember -- all I am offering is the truth, nothing more.
(Neo takes the red pill and swallows it with a glass of water)
No wonder squares are red and blue...

I'd probably reveal it on HFBoards, have them ban me when I don't provide a link and then denigrate that site through the media.

No, being anonyous is good. Who knows what crap I might write on a message board only to have the media pick it up.
