Hmm...probably a bad idea for me to be reading this thread just before going to bed...
I'd say that house is fine. It was a freak accident...if there was a suicide or planned murder or whatever, I'd have a different opinion. I don't think I could handle living in a house where somebody hung themselves or was stabbed to death or something. It'd just be too creepy.

Do you people believe in black magic though? I did not till my last visit to Pakistan.
I guess this happens quite a bit in Pakistan. So few years ago, when I went back for a visit. All the sudden this orange stain started appearing on our clothes(like a rust). We first thought it was probably from the washing machine. So we used a different machine to get it out but we couldn't get the stain out. So whatever, we got rid of those clothes.
Even though we weren't using the same machine anymore, the stains were still appearing, when they got on the clothes, is something we couldn't figure out. Everyone was saying, someone is trying "black magic" on us, I didn't believe it though. Than heading to different city for a visit, my brother was sitting in he front seat, when we left the house his clothes were clean, but as we got off the van, he had the similar stain on his shirt again. This was getting creepy, I still had my doubts. Until, the same thing happened to me. I put on a brand new shirt, left the room to go to the living area and there it was a big orange stain right on the front of the shirt. I fell sick that night and ended up throwing up few times the next day.
Some crazy shiet was going on, didn't stay long enough to get to the bottom of it, but when it happened to me, it made a believer.

So instead of looking for a rational explanation, you decided to go with "magic".
Harry Potter would be proud.

No, it's true. I have heard of that type of black magic.
