Yes! ...and then insert a small thumbnail for each pick so people can kind of eyeball the whole team!
(I can make the thumbnails, if needed)
...and then we wouldn't need a separate site.

I dont know about thumbnails, I like my spreadsheet neat and tidy.
Come on, you have to make the judges do SOME work.
I don't think we'll need a separate site. That would be alot of work.
Teams are welcome to make their own site and promote their team however they want including bribing judges

That's what I was working on, and what you and I had been talking about. This new way sounds even better, though! I'm actually pretty busy these days anyway.

I like the ideas that are being thrown around, and appreciate the ideas for improving the site.
I'll admit, I've been drafting to win, not necessarily who I'd pick myself. Maybe I'll get a little more personal from now on.

Yeah, that's something I've been struggling with too. So far, I've just pretty much stuck to picking the ladies I think are sexy though.
I'm kind of a wuss in that I'd rather see some sexy eyes and killer hair than legs and ass, so most of my picks (and pics) have been of beautiful (to me) faces.
At the end of the day, though, I want my team to be all about me!
Edit: One thing I've figured out about myself through this, is that I really have a thing for European chicks.
