You should never watch a magic trick using frame by frame editing, it really ruins the illusion.

I've seen the same trick performed by Psychic surgeons. In fact if you read Andy Kaufman's biography, his friends took him to one of these quacks, and he got a big kick out of watching his tumors being removed because he saw how the trick was done.
