Look good, how will they affect the overall server performance?

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

I love it, think they're great.

Great touch.
They can be manly, rugged, awesome, and cute at the same time.

Good call on the wrangler and QC ones, I'll have to do that.

Shouldn't be much different, they'll get cached quickly.

I find them a bit distracting so perhaps if they were a tad smaller it would be better. I seriously have problems reading the thread titles because the icons are so huge. But I guess they are a nice addition.

I like it, great addition. Like most of the posters here, I agree that they should be abit smaller, like the other icons.
I tried resizing the Flames logo and it didn't look too bad.

I'm going to chirp in a state like everyone else that they are a bit too big, so makes the forum look a bit messy.
I would also say to get rid of all the smiley faces, because imo I have never noticed when someone has used one, and it makes too many choices to pick from.
overall great idea! thanks for whomever took the time to make and implement them!

How are you doing it? I tried the ducks one and can't get it to look any good (using CS3).

nm I think I know, you set the image to RGB before resizing right?

I think it's a matter of getting used to for me. I dont know if it's the size, their location (right next to the title of the thread) or the fact that it's such a different color than the normal CP layout.

Right now, I like the idea, just a little more tinkering... smaller for sure.

This is what I did with the Ducks logo

Here's the NHL logo

I just used Photoshop, and I opened the file, then copy and paste the layer into a new file 19x19 pixel and then went to Transformation -> Scale

If it's not working for you, I can resize the logos for you.

Ok resized, good call, I think they look better, a little less obtrusive (maybe they were obtrusive because they were so clear).

EDIT: If you still have the big ones do a SHIFT-REFRESH or clear your cache.

I think the Flames icon should be bigger, so folks can bask in its graphical perfection. Small quibble.

How about a Home (black C) and Road (red C) because it's all about options!

Got a black flaming C to work with? I can't find one without a red background.
