Church's Chicken but i only have it twice a year when i'm in Vancouver.
Otherwise here in Calgary it would be
Wendy's
Viet sub place across from the federal building
Bourbon Street
They have this awesome Montreal Smoked Meat place in the NE in Temple but it's soooo far for me.
I'm still wondering how Mcdonalds and Taco Bell stay in business.

But the smoothie has 3 servings of fruit! Three!
Have a V8 later in the day, and you've got your 5-10 fruits and vegs per day from just two drinks.

Yeah, there is some awesome Shwarma place on 17th and 52nd. Can't remember the name but you take your life in your hands when you venture down to that neck of the woods.

Alberta King of Subs, corner of Temple Dr and 52nd (#22, 7196 Temple Dr. I have one of their menus right beside me). Little hole in the wall place in a NE strip mall, decorated with Habs stuff. They get their smoked meat flown in from Montreal (Shwartz's).

Currently for me its Subway when I have to eat on the road.
When I'm in the mood for gluttony I find its not so much the restaurant but the specific items.
Double Teen Burger, Double Mozza burger from A&W.
Whopper with Cheese and Bacon from Burger King (what happened to the big mac ripoff from Burger King? I thought it was pretty good).
Flame Thrower from DQ.
Big Bacon Classic from Wendy's.
King Burger at Fat Burger.
Mexi Fries at Taco Time.
Curly Fries from Arbys.
I used to love the Gordita's at Taco Bell. They don't make them the same anymore. But I haven't eaten there for years.
In the US I like to hit Carl's Jr or Hardy's.

It used to be a Church's Chicken location until the Alberta owners booted and left town one nite.
My brother tells me they fly in the smoked meat directly from Montreal.

Best Montreal Smoked Meat Sandwich in the city by far. They also have great fresh cut fries, real gravy, awesome hot dogs and their subs are pricey...but huge!

I was in there a couple weeks ago, and when I walked in the owner was taking pictures with a digital camera. When I ordered my sandwich, he had the cashier taking pictures while he carved - and he just kept carving trying to get a "perfect" shot for the new flier. The cashier was laughing - I got a HUGE amount of meat. You know how the pictures of food on fliers never look like what you actually get? In the next flier the picture will be of the sandwich I ate (well, it took 2 meals. Did I mention there was a huge amount of meat there?)

I'm probably in the minority, but I actually like MacDonalds, especially their Chicken McNuggets and their fries. Sometimes I think MacDonalds gets unfairly hated on just because it seems like the popular thing to do these days.
Oh, and love the sausage and egg McMuffin. It kills Tim Horton's breakfast sandwich, hands down.

I've been strongly addicted to Opa for the past few months. For a burger it has to be A&W. When I want the meat sweats it's off to Jimmy's for a donair that has so much meat it's borderline offensive.

When I was up in Edmonton I used to enjoy Tokyo Express and their salmon bowl.

Well i've been hating it for the past 20 years, badabababa! haha
One thing i have to give them credit for is their service and amount of staff they employ. Had to pick up some breakfast for coworkers a couple months back and they actually gave pretty good service. Unlike the BurgerKing across the street who has better food but close at 2:30pm because of lack of staff.

If it is, then I can't say much for how great the food was (though satisfying given the burger competition in Asia). But every time I've been in one I've felt like I was in a realization of a pedophile's wet dream, or a sailor moon cartoon brought to life (though basically the same I guess). Two floors packed with nothing but teenage schoolgirls wearing short skirted school uniforms and high socks.
Weird.

Johnny... yep,. same place- MosBurger. They're everywhere though; sounds like you were in the Harajuku district with all those schoolgirls!
I dunno, I enjoyed MosBurger's food. Small, delicious quantities. There's a reason why I kept on going back. Had nothing but tasty, quick food there. I had a great experience.

I really have no preference, I tend to rotate which place I go. But I'll list the only thing I get from the places.
McDicks-Bix Xtra with Cheese Meal.......MUST HAVE THE BBQ SAUCE....I would drink that if it was socially acceptable
Wendy's-Big Bacon Classic Combo,
Burger king-Whopper with Cheese Meal, substitute fries for Onion Rings
A & W-Teen Burger combo
Subday-Footlong Roasted Chicken with Southwest Sauce
Mr Sub-Meatbull Sub, Onions, and Ranch, nothing else
Quizno's-Turkey Bacon, Guacamole
Wrap Zone-Mexicali wrap, chicken, salsa, jack cheese, sourcream, rice and beans
