Well you should avoid the seafood and tuna subs because there is A LOT of mayo in them. In the tuna there is 1lb and like 8 ounces of fat mayo. The meatball subs are also fatty and so are the cold cuts. You would think subway food doesn't have much grease but it does. The bread (Honey Oat and Herbs and Cheese) are really, really greasy and it's not fun cleaning the ovens after the bread has been made. Lastly the cookies are bad. One cookie can amount to 1 six inch turkey sub with mustard calorie wise so watch out for those delicious cookies.

Hmmm so no more Honey Oat and Herb&Cheese.....
How bad is the honey mustard dressing for you? Since I usually get a turkey sub with honey mustard.

Honey Mustard is not bad for you at all, I get it on my employee meal all the time. If you’re watching your weight then the sauces I would watch out for are Mayo, Southwest, Caesar and Italian Dressing all the other one's are really not that bad for you.

At Denver Airport, the Philly Cheesesteak right beside McD's. I usually pass through Denver at least once a year, and I always make sure to go there. I even try and stop by Denver instead of Vancouver when I pick my flights just to go there.
In Edmonton - and UofA students would know this - Oodle Noodle Box.
Also worthy mention, Bad Ass Jacks.

In-N-Out/Sonic. Too bad they're only down in the U.S. I make sure I go there at least 3 times when I'm out on the west coast.
Around here, I prefer A&W or Wendy's. Had the spicy baconator for dinner and I can still the warmth in my stomach. Damn jalepenos! lol

actually................theres a place in Chicago called POTBELLY. THey have the best sandwiches ever..1000000000 times better than Subway/Quiznos etc. Whoever goes to Chitown next has to try it. My sis took me there when I went to visit her. It's wayyyyyy better than In N Out or anything else!!!!!!!!!!
im nto sure if they have them in other places in the US. I know they dont exist in Cali. But they are the BEST place ever. Even better than In N Out or El Pollo Loco or anywhere else.

It’s like the Sushi complex but a bit toned down I suppose
Just another way to stand out from the crowd until everyone starts doing it than it becomes lame and commercialized
