Good thing you guys can drink beer, counting you are not so good at.
Every inning we outscored you 4 or 5 to 1 or 2, yet it remained tied after 14 innings!
Sportsjunky is so glad he entered troutman.......'s contest. I hear troutman really bent over to show him a good time.
Real good time, good hitting by all, and some nice fielding too. Although I think there was some interference when I was running the bases!

Had to get even with you for tricking me into thinking that my hit in the 4th inning was foul. Cost us a homer, so we had to cost you a homer. Punk!

Yeah, yeah... Lol...
Anyway, the condition of my throwing arm tells me that I'm best suited for SS or 3rd. IIRC, I caught a ball or two playing those positions and I'm now fully aware that outfield screws my arm up bad. Plus, I seem to trip on non existent blue lines when playing outfield.

Not sure how we will decide positions. Personally I play anywhere so I don't care but I would probably vote for Aeneas and his magic shoe-glove to play SS. 4x4's arm is crazy strong so 3rd may be a good match?
Also, to avoid any bad feeleings we may want to switch up positions half way through games especially if more than one person is dead set on a certain position they want to play. JMHO.

Did you see that? Wish we had that on video! I don't need a glove.
I have the list of what positions everyone wanted to play, we'll just try to make everyone happy. Move around a bit to make sure everyone gets a chance to play where they want.

Sorry for missing out again guys. Should be good to go next time.
Also, what's going on with Jerseys? I've been out of the loop.

My "crazy strong" arm has a weak shoulder attached to it. I simply never learn my lesson and throw balls too hard and screw up my shoulder. 3rd is another position I like. I can do a few innings in the outfield but whenever I play a crappy inning like the one I played in right field when you central bastids kept hitting them over my head, my shoulder ends up in the condition it is in now... Painful.

I thought you were doing something with the jerseys? Is that logo finished?
My computer/me suck, I could never open what you emailed me. Says "file does not exist"
1) Have we decided on place to do them? Someone mentioned NSA, they seem really reliable after the whole league in out thing!
2) If this logo is done, then we need someone to get it electronically to the place where we get them done. I vote "not me" as I can't even open it.
3) We need troutman to cut a check, or someone to go to the place who has $250 or so for the deposit to go do it.

The logo is done, I guess if we are going to use that place you suggested (what was the name?) I can send them over the PDF file that Russic so graciously put together for us.
Next need sizes from Flamesinyoureyes and Banffgirl.
Finally need money!!

I made a phone call and it is a service NSA is offering through Big League sports apparel. If we got them the logo by email right away we are still looking at a 3 week turn around. 50% deposit required. 25% surcharge for 2XL and 3XL shirt sizes.
Did troutman have a company we were going to use? Worst case scenario we could go with Big League and start the season without the shirts.

PM me, and I can arrange to do credit card payment. Or we can cut a cheque to whoever makes the payment.
You folks decide which supplier to use. Can it be expedited?
I'm guessing L for Flamesinyoureyes and M for Banffgirl?

I think NSA and Big League are run by the same people...hence my sarcasm.
They said 22 per unit numbered and lettered? That would be ...660 plus tax. Now we would have to go over the whole name on back thing again! And get that from everyone...and collect some more money from everyone.
Team Skyline was the one I visited. Not sure what kind of turnaround they have now.
Rhettzky flamesinyoureyes was Large.
Not sure if I ever got Banffgirls, too bad she was there yesterday had I but remembered.

The firm will put up $500.
I think we decided names were up to the individual, and could be done later.

Understood, but someone brought up a different supplier offering 22 dollar jerseys numbered and lettered.

Ok, that sounds good. Will everyone agree to use their CP name?

5 - L's (00, 1, 4, 12, 37) (4x4, Rubecube, 4 is extra, Obs, Flamesinyoureyes)
1 - M (3) (Banffgirl)
1 - S (7) (Chid)
Central - 15 Total
7 - XL (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 10, 45) (2 & 5 are extra's)
3 - L (6, 9, 23) (6 & 9 are extra's)
4 - M (4, 7, 12, 14)
1 - S (13)
Grand Daddy Total - 30 Jerseys (#'s in brackets)
4 - XXL's (13, 15, 22, 29)
11 - XL's (1, 2, 2, 3, 5, 8, 10, 17, 20, 44, 45)
8 - L's (00, 1, 4, 6, 9, 12, 23, 37)
5 - M's (3, 4, 7, 12, 14)
2 - S's (7, 13)
Okay, here's the list I had compiled. I'm going to call a few places today and see what the turn-around is like. No names on the jerseys just numbers.
EDIT: I guess I'll ask for name prices too.

No we went to pete's, cant really remember what she looked like. Jay (flamesinyoureyes) and I did talk to our waitress there and mentioned we were looking for a sponsorship. I gave her my business card and she said she will hand it to the owner. She had recognized as coming in before so thats a good thing, seemed like they would be interested.
Haven't heard anything yet though.
