Default PlumBing Help

Anyone know a good plumBer. Got a basic problem, but with plumBing, a basic problem can become a huge problem if you don't know what you're doing. I don't know what I'm doing.

The drain pipe from our kitchen sink is leaking, and we noticed a collection of water in the basement because of it. We are currently working without the kitchen sink for now, but that can't last forever.

If anyone knows someone they trust, or knows how to tighten, or replace basic parts, PM me. We don't mind paying to get this fixed, just want to keep the price tag low-key.

Any help would be apprecaited.

You'd be surprised at how easy fixing something like that is, depending on the origin of the leak. Can you see where the water is coming from?

turn whatever will move, clockwise.

can't believe you would want to pay a plumber for this. My wife would divorce me if I was this unmanly.

post a pic of where it is leaking and we'll tell you what to do.

No kidding. I'd be in the poor house if I called a contractor every time something went wrong in my house.

If you weren't an international icon of beer, I would question your manly-ness.

And thanks for the spelling lesson everyone. Sheesh...

Anyways... it's a crack in one of the pipes, not a loose pipe, wich means more work, cause everything is glued et all.

Seeing as how this thread isn't what it was intended to be, I'm going to ask the mods to close it. I got the help I needed from a neighbour, due to my inexperience with plumBing.

Mods, shut er down please.

I hope you cut your neighbors lawn or something you are capable of, for payback.

Wow, Duffman. Are you that charming in real life? I'm willing to bet that there's something Protto can do that you can't. Ease up, man.

I know, I know,

I've been doing a lot of plumbing lately, so I seem to have taken an obsessive interest in this one.

Sorry Prototype, don't mean to be such a dick, just riding you a bit.

And I would divorce my husband if he tried some of this stuff. We all have our specialties, and when you run across something that does fit into that category, you ask for help or pay for help.

My wife is different. She doesn't care what I fix myself as long as I'm good where it counts. And she cautions me to protect my hands, which are magical.

I'm glad someone corrected the OP on the spelling. I didn't want to as another forum I frequent doesn't take too kindly to grammer police (which would be me).
