Oh or would it be the one where this couple are just floating in the water for 1 1/2 hours ..it felt like 18 hours of hell..I think I'd rather be in the ocean floating with the sharks than watch that movie. sorry don't remember the name of it. My husband and I wasted a night out on our own on that waste of a movie too!

The Simpsons Movie. What an utter piece of crap that movie was.
The Star Wars movies.
The Lord of the Rings movies.
The Matrix movies.
Yeah, I pretty much HATE every movie that is loved by such a massive amount of people that it is shoved down my throat.

No one 'shoves movies down your throat'. If you don't want to see it, don't. LOTR were great achievements in film. The original Star Wars movies are classics if there ever has been, and the Matrix movies definitely don't fall into the 'worst movie ever' category. If you don't like the simpsons, don't go see the movie. It wasn't supposed to be a stunning memorable film...It was the simpsons.

Now things are just getting out of hand. This thread is called 'The worst movie you've ever watched', not 'ehhhh i didn't get the hype for that movie'.
There's been a huge lacking of reasons giving as to WHY the movie sucked too. Some movies just go without saying, but not all the ones that have been listed.

I actually broke up with a girl after seeing this total pos. She was convinced it was the best movie since Psycho...I couldn't even look at her after that. IMO, worst.movie.ever.

Don't forget Next. Also, I know his National Treasures movies do ok at the BO but for me they are the worst kind of movie. What happened to Cage? There was a time when I thought he was going to be the next great American actor. Nowadays his hairpiece acts better than he does. It did a great job in Ghost Rider.

I know I'll take some heat for this pick, but I'd say 300 is the worst movie I've watched in the last few years.

Every goddamn Oliver Stone movie
This includes Natural Born Killers and Platoon. Seriously. What the hell is wrong with Oliver Stone? The man has absolutely no goddamn sense of subtlety. HEY HEY HEY !!!# WAR IS BAD KAY??? LET ME BAEAT YOU OVAR THE HEAD WITH THIS MESSAGE FOR 2.5 HOURS!~#! OH YAH? TV IS INFLUENCING OUR YOUTH@!$# THE MTV GENERATION SEES THE WORLD DIFFERENT HAH!@! DID YOU NOTICE YET???
I read a Quentin Tarantino biography (Shooting From The Hip for those who care) and he talks about how Stone bought the original script for NBK from Tarantino for $50,000, only because he liked the idea so much. The then went forward and used the concept only, and re-wrote the whol thing from scratch. Explains alot.
Troll 2
Just wow. Just....wow....
Every late 90's Scream wannabe ripoff teen-slasher movie with the exception of Final Destination
This includes Valentine, Urban Legends, Thirt13n Ghosts, I Know What You Did Last Summer, and many more steaming piles of celluloid. You could combine the collective intelligence of all the people involved in making these movies and have a screenwriter smart enough to write Wild Wild West.
Jason X
Why? Why in space? Why eXXXXXTREME (to the maX) Jason?
Every freakin' 'parody/satire/lampoon' film of the last 10 years
Goddamnit! Every parody film of the last 10 years has jokes revolving around either a) a subtle twist on a scene from a quasi-popular film made within a year of that one, or b) combining a scene with two characters from other films in the spoofed genre...with "wacky" results!
Where are the Airplane!s, the Blazing Saddles, the Naked Guns, the Don't Be A Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hoods?
Ironically, I blame Keenan Ivory Wayans for starting this debacle (Scary Movie), and the Zucker Brothers (lots of recent crap) for perpetuating it.
More to come

This isn't even opinion, it's a scientific fact. Aliens = awesome. Predator = awesome. Booby-trapped Antarctic pyramid = WDF? I think the pyramid ended up with more kills that either of the headliners. And the first 1/2 hour was spent clumsily setting up 2d characters. I'm not here to watch your wooden emoting, I'm here to watch your decapitation. And not decap-by-pyramid please.
At least Battlefield Earth had all those hilarious screen wipes. AvP had nothing, and then at the end when even the damn pyramid couldn't prevent the alien/predator matchup they ended up wrestling. Wrestling?? Thats the payoff? This was worse than Queen of the Damned, which somehow took an entirely unhumorous look at the life of a rockstar vampire. I mean you make a 2 hour movie about rockstar vampires and you can't even make a funny?

I doubt many have seen it as I just came across it the other day and had to download it, but War of the Worlds 2 (yes 2, that's not a misprint) has to be the WORST movie I have ever seen in my life. I swear, the budget must have been about $500 for this movie as there is not a single even half-decent actor in this and the special effects look like they're from the 50's. Even having downloaded it, I could not possibly finish it...and I really tried.

The Scorpion King.
They actually have a scene where the Rock gets into a WWF-style wrestling match...in ancient Egypt. Oh, and the people's eyebrow makes an appearance too. I can't believe I actually saw that in the theatres.
