Power Out?
Anyone else lose power about 15 minutes ago? A lady friend also mentioned lack of power, but she's in Patterson and I'm in Inglewood

On Global this morning they said that transformers were exploding; mostly in the NE, and that Enmax didn't expect to have full power to everybody until mid afternoon.

My whole building had a power outage too... I think it was the whole block actually, but I didn't go out to check.

Yeah, I'm in Inglewood too, and the power was out for maybe an hour.
Even the lights on Blackfoot didn't have power when I was driving home!
On a side note, it's pretty remarkable to realize how much we rely on electricity! I was just standing in the middle of my livingroom trying to figure out what to do. Kinda sad, actually!

Yah, in Balzac, err Coventry Hills we were without power from shortly after 8:00 until almost 10:00.

Yeah we got some snow probably an inch or two but it was really wet and heavy so thats probably what caused the power problems, but here in Temple the power was ok
