About a month or two ago I was telling a friend about Halestorm's streak. Somehow a wager was crafted between him and another friend on what would happen first. For $10 the wager was that Kipper would get a shutout (he had none at that time of the season) before Hale got a goal.
I've never seen somebody cheer so hard for Hale... No matter where Hale was on the ice, every time he touched the puck my friend would scream at top of his lungs SHOOOOOOT! haha
It only lasted a handful of games since Kipper got his shutout, but it sure made for some good times.

Reminds me of every time Steve Smith used to touch the puck. Perhaps we should do that for Hale.

I'm calling in tonight, I'll be sure to mention that whoever is the canucks backup goalie was their best player on the ice, that i was certain a hale storm was going to happen tonight, and if im not cut off maybe throw in a CalPuck at the end
