I learned that my dermatologist runs the biggest racket around... breezes in...spends all of 2 minutes half heartedly diagnosing me...only to say there's nothing that can be done...and goes & bills Alberta Health $125.

Fata-you!

I learned that other than "Eye of the Tiger" the band "Survivor" produced some other suprisingly good tracks.
I learned that Jiri hrdina is drunk in the middle of the day. [/b][/quote]

I learned that the fine folks at the Kids Cancer Care Foundation don't want me to shave my head to raise money for them. I filled out the form on shaveyourhead.ca, followed up with an e-mail asking why I haven't received a 'pledge package' and haven't heard anything yet at all.

Annoying, eh? Ask for help, then don't respond when help is offered.

I offered (to my community association) to adopt a senior & shovel their sidewalks this winter. 3 months later, they got back to me & said that the program wasn't established yet. Really? So why did you advertise this in the community newsletter?

Back on topic, I learned that my dog is alot smarter than I ever gave her credit for.

I learned that Oriental Wok at the University does not agree with me, and isn't worth the $2.50 special.

I've learned this a few times now, and I think I'm finally starting to get it. I won't make that mistake again.

I learned that there are still people at the university who have yet to figure out that the reason Oriental Wok is named as such is for it's appropriate abbreviation.. OW

I learned that "You arent close to Drayton Valley, are you?" is not a good question to hear.

I learned that I hate it when the answer to that question is "yes."

I learned about this young guy in Romania who wants to come to Canada to work in computer programming and then I learned he makes hiphop beats, and some really good ones at that.

I learned that you can search the word "boob" in google images, and it won't show up in the slide down if you clear your "saved form information".

I learned that some people that pretend to be tolerant, are nothing more than bigots inside.

OK I already knew that, but it was confirmed again today.

I learned that a 3 1/2 year old will unroll the entire double roll of toiletpaper into the bowl while sitting on the throne, while the supervising adult ran to answer the phone...

After getting rearended by a lady on the way home today, I realized that Japanese police officers are really lazy. They didn't even want to fill out the paperwork needed for me to get my car fixed (apparently the insurance company does it all based on the good words of everyone involved).

Today I learned and used the word 突発, toppatsu. It means outbreak, or for something to occur suddenly.
