Vegas on Monday
Hey gang,
I leave for Sin City on Monday morning for five days with the wife and two other couples.
I don't expect alot of time away from the wifey, but the guys will have a day to do their own thing, as will the women.
Looking for some suggestions for the day when it's just the guys. Definitely want to have some fun, but not get arrested.

I've heard lots of good things about the Rhino. Problem is, I will need an alibi should we decide to make the trek.
Any suggestions on the cover-up?

Sorry about the font, I'm cutting and pasting from an email I sent a buddy today.
If you go to a Cirque show, Go to Ka, it’s the best show in Vegas. It’s in the MGM. If you go to the peelers go to Spearmint Rhino; I’ve never been but it’s supposed to be the best in Vegas.
As you know, in vegas drinks are free if you’re gambling. However; service can be slow (almost non existent) if you’re either not tipping, or playing cheap slots. My advice if you want to warm up with some good fun and some cheap drinks is to go over to Paddy O’sheas which is on the strip (across from Caesars Palace). It’s $1.50 domestic drinks and it doesn’t matter if you’re gambling or not. The minimum bets are really low there as well, so if you want to have fun and make your cash last go there. If you want to act like a roller go to Mandalay Bay, where minimum bets get raised up to the $10-$20 range after dark. O’sheas is fun though. Low budget, and full of young people getting lit up before going out to the bar. There’s a 24hr food court there too, which is a life saver at 5AM.
Bottle service is another fav of mine, but it costs about $500 per bottle. If you do that go to Pure, Jet or LAX. The Bank in Bellagio sucks, I got thrown out of there for reasons I won't disclose...
Don't get into fights either. Cops come unusually quickly, and you'll both get tossed in jail. Stay away from drugs too....zero tolerance on the strip, and again you'll get tossed in jail along with a nice new criminal record.
There are a few outlet malls but I can't remember the name, but if you ask the concierge they'll hook you up. Remember, the town runs on money. The more you tip the better the service, and the better time you'll have.
Have fun! I was there last week and it was the most fun I've had in a while.

Yeesh, I was going to suggest Penn & Teller. I'm such a boy scout.
I'm going to Vegas at the end of the month for a business trip, with a bunch of other folks from the company though, so not sure how much time there'll be for shenanigans. Although a few of the guys going have a pretty big rep for crazy antics, the last few times to Vegas I didn't go but I heard some pretty crazy stories.

Definitely go to The Gun Store.
It is down Tropicana drive a ways (take a cab).
You get your selection of hand guns, uzis, submachine guns, and automatic rifles.
It is a crazy place, and very wild to shoot an AK47 in a range.
I would bring my gf if I went - just cause I think she would look hot with a Luger in her hand (yes, at times I am a stone's throw away from moving to the trailor park ... despite my suit and tie...)

I really wish there was a smiley doing a a shameful head shake, but I'll just have to settle for the nerd version.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. Will give you a recap when I get back. It's gonna be tough to follow the Flames while I'm down there though. I highly doubt I'll be able to get anything but NCAA everywhere I go.

Just go to the ESPN zone at New York, New York.
They'll probalby be able to shoe the game on at least one TV for you.

I asked the nice folks at MGM Grand in their game betting area to put the game on one of the 50 TVs and they did it no problem.
But ESPN zone might work too..
