That's awesome!
It'll be even better if Columbus were to trade him to an NHL team.

WK, my Bruins shirt arrived today, apparently the team wore one set during the inaugural game that was auctioned off/sold? Just wondering 'cause there really isn't much wear on it, still cool since I haven't ever seen other Bruins jerseys on the market.

Hitmen just completed one hell of a game in Kootenay, a 4-0 win, with three third period goals and something like 45 shots.
They finally, finally put it away! Central Division and Eastern Conference pennant winners!
Games 1 and 2 vs. Moose Jaw will be Friday (7:00) and Sunday (2:00).
I wish the Ice the best of luck in the playoffs, as I really, really want to face them in the playoffs.

Giants get Chilliwack..
Schedule goes Fri/Sat next week in Vancouver, Tue/Wed (25/26) in the Valley.
I really hope the Ice don't get Brandon in the first round...
EDIT: I wonder which series Shaw will pick up.

I'd bet Vancouver if for no other reason than Calgary has that silly 2:00 Sunday start.

Yup. With Swift Current losing just now, everything is set except for who gets home ice in the 4-5 match-up from hell.
(1) Calgary vs. (8) Moose Jaw
(2) Regina vs. (7) Swift Current
(3) Lethbridge vs. (6) Brandon
Kootenay vs. Medicine Hat
If the Tri-City vs. Spokane score holds up , it should be:
(1) Tri-City vs. (8) Kamloops
(2) Vancouver vs. (7) Chilliwack
(3) Spokane vs. (6) Everett/Kelowna
(4) Seattle vs. (5) Kelowna/Everett

Man, I think of all the post the team hit when he would have got points, the very few games where he got blanked, or the ice time he missed while his team was killing so many penalties!!!
You guys on here would like the kid!! He works so hard on and off the ice!! Let's all cheer him on to the scoring title!!!
2 points tonight!!
Thanks!

Now I wish I was going! Gotta work though..
If Vancouver starts Barnstable in net it shouldn't be a problem, I'd imagine the whole team will be taking it pretty easy being a 3 in 3 after playing in Kamloops last niight. Good luck!

I wonder how the Hitmen had 19,305 when the stated capacity of the Dome is 19,289?

Damn, if Kootenay had gotten a point yesterday they would have had home-ice against the Tigers... Not that it matters 'cause I think they'll still win the series, but the higher seed would have been nice.
Congrats to Santorelli, yet another fine product of the Burnaby Winter Club!

Can anyone confirm whether or not Barteaux from the Ice flipped off the Calgary bench/crowd as he was leaving the ice after his fight in the 3rd? Certainly looked like he did from our view in the 300s

Yeah, he did. After his fight wtih Gillen, he gestured to the Hitmen bench and got a misconduct for it.
Julio - through the magic of reselling seats, I would imagine.
