Another freak accident

Surgery was needed to repair a student’s neck following a freak accident involving metal blinds at Henry Wise Wood school.
Calgary Board of Education spokesman Ted Flitton said the male student was sitting close to a outside wall Tuesday afternoon when another student lowered the blinds too aggressively, causing them to fall hard and slice his neck.

I can't believe this is news. In a related story, a student at an unnamed high school fell and broke his arm. He was rushed to the hospital for treatment.

Haha, the best part was where the kid "lowered the blinds to aggressively"...how is that possible? He dropped the blinds? And why was the other kid's neck there? Oh the horror!!!
