Yeah, it's a bunch of crap I've never heard of. I want to give Harmonix and EA my money, but not if they keep releasing garbage like this instead of songs that people actually know and want to play.

"Shockwave" by Black Tide (Master)
"Crushcrushcrush" by Paramore (Master)
"Beethoven's C***" by Serj Tankian (Master)

That patch helps some. It just isn't realistic for everyone that comes to a party to play hard and expert.

Broke another Whammy bar over the weekend which is kind of weird. Nobody is really hard on them.

The music store is a pretty nice addition.

It's nice to be able to preview each song and get an idea for the difficulty before purchasing DLC. All that stuff is available online, but it's a lot nicer to be able to do it all on the system itself.

So I got my Pedal Metal installed on the drums this morning. Now I'm just waiting for those pads to arrive before I start trying the Drums out in earnest.

I'm waiting for the drum pads before I try my drums at all. It wasn't oo hard to install. Maybe it was unnecessary, but I had read too many instances of the plastic pedals snapping to not try and be preemptive about it.

That looks promising. I might need to invest in one of these.
I received my replacement foot pedal last week from EA, but I don't have much faith in it lasting.

But, quick question... I did the option where EA ships me the foot pedal and I ship my broken one back to EA in the box they provide. It said there was supposed to be return shipping labels, but there was nothing in the box. Do I just return the package to sender?

I'd contact EA and let them know you didn't get shipping labels and see what they want you to do.

Thanks. I did that on the weekend, and now I'm waiting for a response. The last thing I want is to get nailed with that $120 fee for not returning the broken pedal.

How did the process work when you warrentied yours simmer2(or anyone that has on here)? Was there any instructions/shipping labels in the box, or any direction from EA?

So happy about the Fan Cap increases.

Does anybody know if there's a way you can bring back a failed band member if you're doing vocals without having to wait for an overdrive bar to appear? Like a button you can press on the controller or something?

As far as I know you have to wait for the 'overdrive bar' to appear and make some random noise.

Thats lame if that's the case. I hate failing during a solo and then we're just doomed to loose 12,000 fans cuz there's no way to revive me without an overdrive bar.

Also, when the **** are they going to release Still Alive? Jesus, you'd think they'd have put it out by now with all the hype it was getting and how excited everybody was about it. By the time they finally do release it, it'll be just a passing thought.

Finally got the gum pads and they work as expected(from the youtube vids). Easy to install and I notice no loss of feedback at all. In fact I drum better now. Before I used to hit the pads lightly because the tapping noise would get annoying but now I can go all out. Next up is the pedal metal.
