Oh my friend, let me show the joy of the 30 minute delay. Enough to skip the commercials and intermissions for the first 50 odd minutes of the game, and perfect for watching only the last 10 live!

NHL Hockey in under 2 hours, with no commercials or John Garrett talking about his All Star appearance....

That's what I do. If the game starts at 7:00, I start recording at 7:00 and start watching at 7:45 or 8:00. Fast-forwarding commercials, long breaks in the action (goal reviews), intermissions and I usually end up watching a few minutes live at the end.

But you still can't miss them all... they have to invent the auto-fast-forward for the ultra-ultra lazy.

[quote=Nuje;1185411]Anything played on the fan is annoying, especially Calgary Job Shop and approved mortgage (that "Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees" commercial must've gotten complaints, as it lasted only 2 weeks).

Oh my god I cannot stand those things, I know lets have the same person playing all the roles in the commercial, it worked for Eddie Murphy's movies. Better yet lets not change the voice at all, that will be awsome.
Man I want to punch the radio everytime that one comes on.

That Yeeeeeeeeeesssss commercial took at least a week off the end of my life with how angry it made me. I actually contemplated calling them to tell them that if I ever needed services such as theirs, I'd go somewhere else just because of that commercial. But I chickened out.

Canadian Tire Family.

Easily the worst ad campaign any company has undertaken ever.
back when they had that corner gas stand up comedian contest I wrote a bit about the canadian tire guy and the alexander keith's scottish guy fighting to the death. Stupid website wouldn't let me submit it though, so not sure how it would have done. They both were pretty freaking annoying, and I think the alexander keith guy is in jail for child molestation or something now

The mini goalie in McDonalds commericals is so annoying.

In addition to the general unhealthiness the mini goalie gives me one more reason not to go

This new one, with the fish and calling in sick while at the beach... where in Canada do people go to the beach in February (or the beach, period)?

This series of ads has ensured that I will never, ever have any business with Telus.

The mini goalie is hilarious!

I wouldnt go to McDonalds because the food goes through you faster than a Japanese Bullet Train and then makes you want to crap and hurl at the smae time, and I really dont want a mini-stick (what the hell for?) but dont blame the mini-goalie!

He is every french-goalie stereotype rolled into one except he isnt smoking and he didnt yell at the owner and leave!

Poke-Check!

Its been longer then that. Clearnet made those ads before Telus bought them out. I bet they've been going on for 8-10 years. For certain they were on when I still lived at home in the late 90s.

I still loathe those Panago commercials. That construction worker is annoying
Who wears a hard hat Barbecuing in your back yard.

You never know, it could be dangerous.

I wear a Biohazard suit when I go grocery shopping.

My selection of tinfoil hats is second to none.

I think it's sensationelle! One of the better commericals on TV right now. I actually enjoy watching it to be honest with you. The Telus ones make me want to jam a spike through my eye and try to get my ear drum in one fell swoop.

Oh and SarichFan, I don't think your commerical voodoo magic is working up north...cause I'm still catching that damn resolution time one on tv once in awhile.
