Default Woman in Calgary nearly hit by falling ice from an Airplane

Wow.... probably a little startling to say the least.

Reminds me of the short-lived but awesome tv series Dead Like Me where the main character met her demise after being hit by a toilet seat from an airplane.

I think the lady can take solace in the fact that the odds of this happening to her again aren't very good!

That would have been fun to explain to an insurance company.

probably thinking about the settlement he will get from the airline for his wife's traumatic experience.

I thought stuff like this was an urban myth, didn't realize that stuff actually falls off of planes mid flight.

Wasn't Opus from Bloom County killed by several tonnes of Tofu that fell from a passing airliner.

Then after he came back to life he was flattened by the Russian Space Station.

And both times somebody had squirted cheese whiz in his shorts before he was killed?

God that was a great show for season 1. Season 2 sucked ass, and the writer/director declined to do season 3 because the network was interfering too much with the direction of the show...

...but damn season 1 was good. A real hidden gem if you haven't seen it.
