Default Superbowl Thread: New England Patriots vs New York Giants

First of all I want to point out how cool it is that two relatively close teams are playing for a league championship. Wouldn't it be neat to see a Battle of Alberta for the Stanley Cup?

Regardless,

Food, commercials, beer, and friends. Even if you're not an NFL or Football fan the Superbowl is fun.

To get the ball rolling I just want to say:

Go Pats!

I can't f'n wait for this game. I'm still undecided as to whether I'm going to attend a superbowl party or whether I'm going to watch it at home so that I can actually see and hear the game... Decisions, decisions...

Pats are going to take it. I'm going to call 31-23.

Ah, who am I kidding... Everyone I know is going for NY. I have to be there when NE wins. Superbowl party it is...

Wont be close...Pats are rested, healthy and playing on a fast field.
The Giants may stay with them for the first half...maybe...but the Pats will easily cover and walk away with a 19-0 season and the SuperBowl!

I won't be watching, but I predict a 38-17 victory for the Patriots.

Im going to be rooting for the Giants to win, but n the same note, it would be nice to witness history and an undefeated season. Its conceivable that it never happens ii our lifetimes again. But screw the Patriots, they have enough rings already, someone else's turn.

LETS GO GIANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully Eli has a huge game and can match NE's offense. Giants defense will be the key. Patriots score at will and have so many weapons so the Giants defense needs to contain them. No big plays and don't give Brady time. Giants defense is the area where it's even and they need to use that to their advantage. Offensively, Jacobs needs to have a big game for the Giants.

So you'd rather listen to Moss for the next 50 years of your life.

You're still going to here about the 72 dolphins every year, they're just going to include the patsies in that conversation.

You can't change history!

I just started watching the NFL this season so I don't really have any preference either way who wins, and I've usually been cheering for the underdog. So...Go Giants! I know the Pats are going to win anyways, but I think the Giants will at least keeping it interesting. Should be a good game.

LOL! Yes, he's been cheering for the fish since before he was born don't you know?

The Pats will come out firing on all cylinders. They'll win by 20.

Funny guy, you are, I'm just saying that I've never see nso many patriots fans until the last 5 years.

That's all, I'm sure the same could be said about our beloved Flames! Where was everyone during the bad years the dome was 13,000 ppl strong!

I'm just saying there are only a few die hards out there
