I had winter boots and parka, hat, scarf and all that but was just wearing standard dress pants. She eventually dropped me near a train station but I had to wait almost another 10 minutes for the train to show up. I didnt get home until about 8:15 and my legs still feel off. Kinda tingly and itchy and still a tad numb. Hope I didnt do any great damage.

Heh, yeah I worked in West Edmonton for a year and took the bus to work in the winter. Came out of work one when it was like -20 one day before I had keys to the office to catch the 5:20 bus and I see the bus that runs hourly just coming in from St.Albert....meaning it still had to get to the mall, stop there and loop back to where I was. Essentially it was already about 40 minutes behind and heading into rush hour traffic. At least I had seen the bus coming the one way so I could find a place to go inside and have a cup of coffee waiting for the bus to come back. Had I not I would have been waiting out there for an hour going WTF?? Even when I did get on it was like 7:30 when I got to the St.Albert mall, and by that time of night the bus to my neighbourhood no longer runs so I had to call home for a ride. Taking the bus when you have days like this does suck.
The last two days my purebreed Samoyed had no interest going outside....never seen that before. Must be warming up though, he went out this morning and stayed out for a few minutes and had to be called back in the house.
