Man I really really don't like Djokovic. It seems like he's going to be the guy on tour you love to hate. Good match though.

I agree. Whenever he'll be #1 he'll be the most hated guy. He'll enjoy playing Davis Cup on the road too.

Are you guys referencing to his cocky attitude? Or is there something I may have missed during the match? I was dozing in and out of sleep early this morning.

Good match, but Tsonga really didn't play up to the level he played against Nadal. Too bad. Where were all the aces? Neither player had many aces in the final.

I liked when cut to show the outdoor crowd watching in Sydney--that screen is literally a minute from my house. I watched a couple matches there, though not the final.

Not so much the cockyness but the whining and complaining about line calls and the crowd. His box was also complaining about loud french fans.
Bouncing the ball 20 times before serving doesn't help either.

He was also very upset the night he played Hewitt that fans were cheering against him. Wait til he plays Roddick or Blake in New York at midnight!

I'm glad Tsonga mentioned it to the ref early in the match. I think Djokovic was penalized earlier in the tourny. I'm glad people are catching on to his stall tactics.

It's ironic how he was making fun of Sharapova and Nadal...

Isn't that the truth, especially when the J-Block is in full force!

Everything about him. His cocky attitude, his bouncing the tennis ball like a hundred times and then him crying to the umpire along with his family that Federer/Tsonga were the crowd favorites. His family complained to officials that the French fans were too loud when they cheered for Tsonga after he won points. No way, they cheered????? From watching 4 of his matches, his family annoys the heck out of me as does he. Really makes me appreciate guys like Agassi in the past as well as current guys like Federer and Blake.

He really showed his true colours in this tournament. As I mentioned earlier it started in the 4th round when he played Hewitt and complained to the chair about the crowd noise. He's playing an Aussie in Melbourne, wtf did he expect?

Bringing this thread back briefly because all of us predicted this back in January.
I've been waiting 9 months for this match to see jackass explode in front of a New York crowd. The crowd will definitely be pulling for Roger on Saturday (If it doesn't rain)
