Question about seatbelts.....

fredr123, do any of those points actually say anything regarding this subject? I've read it twice and can't seem to find anything that is concrete. I'm probably missing it since I can't read legalese that well.

according to that, I don't have to wear a seatbelt if I drive my car in reverse. Reverse all the time here I come!

No, you're right. I looked really quickly to find some sort of statute or regulation directly related to the subject at hand. That's all I came up with though I really didn't look very hard...
