Well talked with a guy at future shop the other day. Said they were getting a shipment in on friday(last friday) of about 20 units. Also said if you wanted to get one they reccommended you start lining up at 6am

EB games gets their shipments on Friday's. I think my wife said Bestbuy gets them on Thursdays. Got mine from EB Games last Friday at about 1pm, so it seems they are not selling out super quick.

My fiancee was at BestBuy Sunridge last night and saw a bunch and called me, as we have been debating buying it. As I was encouraging her not to buy one, she watched as people came up and bought two at a time until they were gone.

Yeah, but I want it to actually do my ordering for me while i am sleeping. If I am gonna go through the effort to be lazy I should go all the way.

That's the next step in evolution, I guess. Not much use to find out a wii is available while you're sleeping.

I am amazed that Amazon doesn't allow for waiting lists for members to purchase an item. Perhaps that will become available when/if Amazon Prime comes to Canada. I order enough stuff off amazon that 3.99 express shipping for every order is more than worth the cost of the yearly membership.

On the weekend I saw a sign on the doors of Zellers saying they did not have any Wii in stock (which would imply that they carry them)

my mom picked one up from Zellers, got it home and noticed some of the packaging was open. She hooked it up anyways and low and behold the damn thing didn't work
