Default A trip to Mexico??

A friend and myself are looking to take a trip to Mexico. Neither of us have really traveled alone before so it will be something new. Anyone know of some good websites that I could find the best deals out there? Obviosuly something that is all inclusive would make sence for us.

Thanks alot!! And we dont really know what time we want to go yet.. So is there some times that are more expensive then others?

I know from my days of lurking there is a travel agent on CP. Anyone know his user so I could shoot him a PM?

I just booked a trip to Cuba through Flight Centre.
It went pretty well. There were some pretty good Mexico deals too.
www.flightcentre.ca

they are also in most big malls.

Also try Red Tag vacations.

I used escapes.ca to do all my trip research and then gave Sample00 (a Calgarypuck member) a shout and he got me the same trip for the same price.

Why not give the Calgarypuck crowd the buisness??

If you are looking for a good place to start, the Mayan Riviera is very nice. We stayed at the Sandos Caracol resort just about 45 mins south of Cancun. Nice resort, all inclusive, good food, staff is friendly. Lots to do in the immediate area. If you do wind up in the Riviera, you HAVE to see Xel Ha. FANTASTIC water park and you want to get there early as you may not have enough time to do it all.

http://www.kayak.com - good site for finding deals.

http://www.tripadvisor.com/ - This site will give you a heads up on what to expect at almost any resort or location. Reading individuals reviews will give you a pretty good idea if it was written by a prissy that broke a nail or a down to earth expectaions person that truely had an awful experience.

http://www.selloffvacations.com/
http://travelocity.lmdeals.com/ - There are lots of "Last Minute" sites out there and good deals to be had if your okay with waiting and then taking whatever pops up. If your only real priorities are, Ocean, Beach, hot and all inclusive this might be the way to go... Besides Mexico (except perhaps for the Baha California area) is overrated imho... the Mexican people seem to have come to despise tourists and you will feel that resentment... I'll never go back to the Myan rivera (Cancun, Tulum area) but I'd give the Baha California a chance.

Are you Canadian? I ask because it seems that Canadians who go to Mexico end up depressed and "jump" off balconies!

try www.travelzoo.ca- it's hit and miss but it often has great deals on flights, hotels and all inclusive vacations.
