I got level 8 finally, but I've tried every possibility for levle 3 in my mind, and none of them work.

EDIT: no, wait, I was on level 9, not 8.

Good game. I finished them all. Here is the answer to level 8. I actually got 8 pretty quickly. One of the other ones took me 3 tries though.

It is a 7 x 7 grid and X represents black dot that is there already when you start.
