Default Shoot Em' up, Resident Evil 4 and War on DVD today

If you're not nursing a hangover, today is a great DVD day for action junkies or home theatre junkies like myself. I haven't seen RE Extinction or War, so my new home theatre setup and my neighbors will be tested today

Isn't it Resident Evil 3? Either way, I thought it was the worst of the movies.

Doesn't really matter to me, I am a dvd junkie so I will probably be buying it. Have to complete the series.

I'm the same way. It's going to pain me to buy the 'fancy' edition to match the first and second.

That reminds me, I need to update my DVDAF page

I want to buy some of these, but with the format war, I'd hate to have to buy a new version down the road. I'm only buying comedies right now, I don't really care about HD versions of these ones.

Never had the chance to go out and watch War, but my friend is actually in the movie. Apparently though, he gets killed by Jet Li. Should be a trip to see him on the big screen regardless!

Shoot 'em Up was pathetic.

Utterly boring too.

It most definately was the worst of the three (the three RE movies, that is).

Yeah, it's a love it or hate it type of movie. Knowing what it was going in, I got exactly what I expected. Over the top action with lame jokes and a killer soundtrack. The opening scene with Breed put a smile on my face.

i rarely shut off movies without finishing them, but i had to turn off Shoot 'Em Up. i'm a fan of brainless action flicks as much as the next guy, but this movie just seemed to intentionally be as stupid as it possibly could. it was worse than that Charlies Angels dreck

I am not sure which movie was worse, Resident Evil Extinction or War? Either way, don't waste your time and money. Actually I think I haven't seen a decent movie in a looooooong time...

War was hilariously Vancouver filling in for California again. I recognized some name of someone I knew in the credits.
