So this morning I got a belated holiday miracle. I went to work this morning and there wasn't a single person at the office. Everyone else took the day off and since I don't have a key, FREE DAY OFF! MUWAHAHAHAHA marvelous day!
Anybody else ever have this happen? How should I spend this day? I have no plans till later tonight.

I'm supposed to be in the office from 8 to 4, but since almost the entire City Hall is near dead and none of my team is in, I'm going to take off a little...no...ALOT earlier than expected! =)

Besides, I have more important business to take care of - pre-drinking before we hit the Whip and Spanker tonight!!

Tell your boss you came into work today, but since everything was locked up, you couldn't actually work. Inform him that, legally, he still has to pay you for four hours because you came in.

I wish i could say the same, but even if no one else showed up for work, Ive got a key, I wouldnt be able to do anything else other than open the door, but I still have a key
oh well only a half day atleast, but I still have appointments booked, hate having to actually "work" on days liek this, I should be allowed to just show up and collect a pay cheque dammit

I got messages over the weekend asking me to confirm that some products are arriving at a customer's today, so I check with the shipper, and of course, they're not arriving until later in the week.

Essentially, my duty today is to get yelled at by a customer for something that's not my fault. Fun!

Well fortunately for me I'm on Salary not hours so he'll have to pay me for a full day!

I wouldn't mind being at work today, truthfully, at least I would have something to do... I have been off for a couple weeks now and I am going stir crazy.
