Try the Phillipines. There are plenty of people that would love to do that just for the opportunity to come to Canada.

Here is another thing to keep in mind with any dishwasher, el cheapo or top of the line.
How it cleans will be very dependent on how you pack the dishes in the dishwasher. Keep in mind that water has to get to the surface of the dishes and glasses and pots and pans. If you put your plates, bowls whatever too close together, or one stacked inside of the other in such a manner that you restrict water flow, well do not expect top results from your dishwasher. There is a reason why dishwashers come with all the dividers, various compartments etc. This really is no different than any washing machine. If you just jam clothes in a washing machine till it is almost overflowing and the clothes can't get a decent agitating action, well do not expect your clothes to look very nice for any period of time.
And there is also a huge difference in the various detergents out there. I swear by Cascade, the one with the special formula to get clear glasses spotless. I use the gel, I have found it better than either the powder or those cubes you just throw in. And another thing to keep in mind is the quality of your water. Do you have a water softener? It is a very wise investment in the Calgary area as there is very hard water here. Soft water makes a huge difference in the operation of dishwashers, washing machines, even showering and the like. And that is where a Miele dishwasher shines. It has a place where you add water softener salts so it operates on soft water. We have a water softener so when I first got my Miele, I ran it with the free softening salts that came with it, until the free box was gone. Then I ran it a couple of weeks without the extra softener salt added. Huge difference, well worth the bucks to run that Miele with the softener salts. And you can buy them at Reliable Parts and they now have a storefront right in the Trail Store, very convenient. I buy a case at a time, cheaper that way, think 7 in a case. The softening salts are made by Miele, not quite the same as what you would buy for a water softener.
Edit: And the Miele dishwasher has a control that tells you when it is time to replenish the rinse agent as well as the softener salts.

Well, I have never had a bad experience there, sorry to hear that you did. Maybe because I am a long time returning customer, don't know.
Anyhow, the sales rep I use is Bruce Willis, very good and knowledgeable.

You seriously expected them to accept a return on a used dishwasher (that they would have no hope in hecate of reselling?) Let me guess, you also expected them to swallow the cost of uninstalling and reinstalling another dishwasher?
