What does post padding do anyway? We have blocks. I don't trust someone just because they have another block. Anyway, if they don't like hotlinking, then it shouldn't be done. It does have their watermarks though.

Well it's been going strong for a couple of months now, and I've seen no one complain about it but you, dude. And if you're not a mod, then don't visit the thread anymore if you don't like it. It's pretty simple.

Last time there was a lot of hotlinking, the site was sued. Not that it'll happen again, but it's still probably a practice that should be avoided.

I don't see any request on the lolcats site asking people to not hotlink their images. It would be polite though if you are posting a picture to at least rehost it on a free image hosting service.
