Finished for the Holidays!
So, I graded my last final exam, and entered all of my final grades into the database tonight.
I am officially on holidays. A merry and blessed Christmas to everyone here at CP. And in the words of one fictitious Scotsman: "Let's get pissed!"

Nothing feels better as an instructor than submitting the final grades and leaving the continent on a vacation. Grade appeals are surprisingly easy when you're on the other side of the world.

Gah, I wish you were my instructor. I wrote a full multiple choice exam last monday, and I still have no grade for it.

Physically I'm working til Friday and then off until the 2nd. Mentally, I pretty much checked out of here last Friday.
Christmas is the worst time of year for doing business.

Me too, finish this week, then have to work 8 to 2 on the 24th (boooo) and then off till the 2nd.

Last Friday, the 14th was my last day until January 14th. One whole month! I rented and beat Call of Duty 4 in a single day. I love the holidays.

yeah, I'm working this week and 3 days next week, but I'll be doing my best Homer Simpson impression (read: doing a half-assed job) for the most part as it'll be very quiet here.

My boss (and his son) are somewhere on their way to Chile right now, the secretary isn't coming in this week, the other employees didn't bother to show up today (last night was a Christmas party (on a Tuesday)). Since I can't work safely in the shop by myself it means I am having one lazy day.
