I briefly had the nickname crazy legs, not for my leg shaking but rather because I am tall and in my younger years my coordination was lacking
Tripping and falling was an everyday occurrence

my peeve is throat clearers. They don't cough, they just "ahem ahem ahem ahem ahem" in rapid succession, and constantly. Every couple minutes. Every day. Every week... all year.

This man has Bonus Eruptus, a terrible condition where the skeletion tries to leap out of the mouth and escape the body.
But seriously...
Could be he has test anxiety.
Could be a nervous tick.
He could be doing it just to spite you.
One surefire way to combat this annoyance is to study with a vibrator down your pants (where you put it is up to you). You should always study in the condition you write your test.

Agreed. Them, and the dry-coughers. Usually they are united to become the Axis of Evil.

Throat Clearers are pretty bad... my brother is one of those, but when my dad asks if there's something wrong with his throat and he says, no and my dad would yell at him and ask him why he needs to clear it.. usually gets him to stop for the rest of the day.

It happens with me from time to time. Mostly it's just nervous tension.
That said i would have said something in the beginning and asked If i could move to another table.

I don't find the leg bouncers annoying at all.
Whistling nose breathers, on the other hand...

I'll admit it, I'm both a leg twitcher, (usually when I'm excited, nervous, concentrating, or am really bored and trying to keep my circulation going,) and a throat clearer, (but usually only after I've consumed something dairy that clogs up my esophagus or have eaten something wheat, which I have a small allergy to that makes me all mucusey.)
Personally, I'm really bugged by chronic finger crackers.

I had one prof who should have retired but instead hung around to teach one class. When he spoke it always sounded like he needed to clear his throat. All class in my mind I would be begging him to clear his throat. I hated that class.

I'm a throat clearer, a finger cracker, and a neck cracker. But I need to do it. If I don't clear my throat sometimes my voice will squeak or sound scratchy. If I don't crack my fingers they'll get stiff. And I was in a car accident, I've had to crack my neck dozens of times a day, every day since. I don't care if this bothers people, I find it necessary.
Leg twitchers though, that's annoying. It sounds hypocritical coming from me, but seriously it's just annoying. You don't NEED to bounce your leg at 5000rpm! It's not like it's pain relief or something, people do it because they're nervous. They should try something else though, I call it breathing.

Yup. I get the same way during midterms/finals. But I realize how annoying it is to others so now I chew gum(somehow the constant movement of my mouth helps keep my leg steady) and rub an eraser or something soft and squeezable with my left hand.
