Hahaha that is also one of my favorites. Get lots of blank looks though, which usually turn to puzzlement whenever I try to explain it.
I also like "shut up brain, or I'll stab you with a q-tip!" and "you tried your best and failed miserably. The lesson is, never try."
Another good one (from Family Guy though) is "Holy crip, he's a crapple!"

"I'll be buried in the cold, hard ground before I recognize Missourah!" (Grandpa on a public access t.v. show)
I've actually used that a lot this year talking college football.

I'm also a big fan of "Everything's coming up Milhouse!".... no one gets it.
I use Homer's mannerisms more... the infamous.. "Why yes....maybe I will <insert whatever>... maybe I will...."

"you fat cats forgot to eat your plankton".
As a result of that I use the term "fat cat" wayyy to much.

Homer: No beer and no tv make Homer.... something something...
Marge: Go Crazy?
Homer: Don't mind if I do!!!!
I have "Can't sleep, clown'll eat me" as a signature on another board.
One line I can't ever find a use to use, but it's my favourite line ever is in the "Who Shot Mr. Burns episode" - when Mr. Smithers apologizes to Jasper for shooting his wooden leg, he responds "You shot who in the whatnow?" For some reason it KILLS me.

I always liked his other line in that episode:
" Slow down. The sidewalk's for regular walking, not for fancy walking"

"If you could kill someone on your way out, I'd really appreciate it." Okay, I've never actually used that one in regular conversation, but I can think of instances where it would have been totally appropriate.

I find that the line "My pants are chafin' me" quite effective if I'm too lazy for all the romance...
Also when watching Devils games with my buddy he'll always say "It's Browda, Browda..Say it.." A la Quimby's son.

Oh man how could I forget my most used Simpsons line ever, I use it almost every day and just remembered it now. To this day, I refer to the gym as the "Gyme"(hard "G"). Its rubbed off on my buddy I work out with and my girlfriend too. That and "Boo-urns"(which I know has already been mentioned) are my two most used Simpsons lines ever.
