Robert Latimer denied day parole

The story of the father in Saskatchewan who either killed or euthanized his daughter (depending on your take on it) was denied day parole. Whats your opinion on this? It's not up to the parole board to figure out if a persons soul is cleansed, but to figure out if the accused is a risk to re-offend. I say let him go.

My view on this issue is biased since I support legalized euthanasia, but IMO it's obvious he's not a risk to re-offend nor a danger to the public. He should be freed.
