Writing one right now. Due tomorrow at 9. 200 level, 6 pages. This should be a piece of cake, but I've been at this for 4 years now and I'm really not feeling it at all.

You and me both brother, although Im in my 3rd year. I'm just not feelin it anymore. Mine's a 300 level, 10-12 pages. Was easier than I thought though, as the subject matter's interesting. Wednesday night's gonna be the killer. Goddamn am I jealous of myself 9 days from now, so happy-go-lucky without a care in the world, and drunk off his ass.

That's actually what I normally do. But I didn't start this paper until 10 and I have to leave the house by 8 to get to class. So all nighter it is.

Just finished a 12-pager on Chaucer.. yawn.
Done fairly early by my standards, due at 9:30 tomorrow morning and it'll take me two hrs at least to get to school tomorrow if all this rain/snow freezes overnight..

Just finished er up, a 14-pager about how Putin's a dummy, good stuff. Now only one essay left for the semester and then its studyin for finals. December 12th can't come soon enough...

Had a project that I had 3 weeks to work on that was due. started and finished it in the last 4 1/2 hours. Not bad for this one, but I've got a nastier one due on Tuesday that's twice the work and I haven't started that one either. Fun times.

Whoo! Done! Now I'm wondering if I should bother to sleep or not. Gotta be out the door by 8. But I could probably get about 30 minutes of sleep in.

Ahh...PoliSci. I actually made the effort to try and finish it last weekend. Naturally, I didn't. But finished 'er up last night. Thankfully, my only paper.

All you aspiring students:

I see the date of Dec. 12 passed around in this thread. Do U of C classes warp up on the 12th or exams?

I am guessing classes, since in 8 years at U of C and U of A I was never finished exams by my birthday (the 17th) which sucked big time.

I'm at the U of A, classes are over this Wed(Dec. 4th), exams start on the 10th and run until I think the 20th or 21st. I just happen to have all three of my exams(my other two classes don't have a final) on the first two days of exams. In one sense its brutal, but in other at least I'll be done quickly and can get the most out of my Christmas break. 9 more days baby, I can taste it!

Hahaha at least its nice to know that Im not the only guy on campus walkin around right now in an absolute zombie state. Trying to stay awake during this 3 hour spare is just brutal. I'd just bust but I have to hand in another 14-page essay(yes, I had two of em due today) in my next class, so I gotta tough er out.

I must say, I really take pride in the fact that I'm able to do an entire 300-level essay in basically only one day(and night), starting it the day before its due, and still come out with a good mark...although I probably shouldn't. One day I'm gonna get burned, haha I can feel it.

The department drop box or office is your friend. Dump it off there, head home.

Classes end on the 7th at the U of C. And exams end on the 19th. I have my last exam on the 18th.

I'm also at the U of A, sadly... my exams schedule is pretty horrid. I have an exam on the 10th, 12th and then one on 17th and 2 on the 18th. I can't wait until its all over though! Woohoo 2 and half a weeks in Calgary!
