Default iTunes Videos

Hoping this isn't in the wrong spot. But here's the deal. I moved all my music from my work computer (mac) to my home computer (pc) via cds
Now I've got all my videos on a cd as files, how do i get them into my itunes?

import them to your hard drive first then do itunes import if you can. maybe your PC can't read the file extensions that are on the cd though?

Hopefully you won't have to do them one by one, but try "Add File To Library" instead of import

Can you play the files from your desktop via quicktime? How big are they?

iTunes 7.5? I know there are some issues with this version on Windows. See if there are any iTunes updates available. The latest version may be required to work with the quicktime version you downloaded.

7.5 wasn't working so I had to go back to 7.4
I'm pretty sure that quicktime wasn't updated. Just iTunes. Could be wrong tho

With iTunes doesn't it require the files to be on your local disk, or at least A local disk? I keep all my music on an external hard-drive and that's why I don't use iTunes. It couldn't find my "library" if my hard-drive wasn't plugged in.

Evil software.

No. You can keep your library on an external drive.

iTunes and quicktime were both updated recently. Try to run the software update.
