Cutaneous Horns = half man, half tree.

Sweet. Jeebus. Almighty. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main...2/wtree112.xmlAn Indonesian fisherman who feared that he would be killed by tree-like growths covering his body has been given hope of recovery by an American doctor - and Vitamin A.

Dede, now 35, baffled medical experts when warty "roots" began growing out of his arms and feet after he cut his knee in a teenage accident.

Good heavens! This trumps any weird story i've found on the net.
The picture of that guy is gross.

Wow that's pretty crazy. It's good that someone seems to have figured out a way to get the warts under control but that's one of the craziest diagnosis's I've ever seen, and I'm not one who likes to look at weird illnesses or scars.

It says there's a full documentary tonight on Discovery channel. Should be up on youtube in a few hours. That is truly the weirdest thing I have ever seen. I can't comprehend how it would feel to have wood growing as a part of you. Maybe humans will have a new found appreciation for 'save the trees' after seeing this.

Okay, this is ridiculous. At what point when tree roots start coming out around your fingernails do you clip them? You just keep letting them grow? It's not like that happened overnight and those things are hanging down like the mane on a wild stallion.
I wonder if you cut him in half if you could count the rings to determine his age?

Anyways, I wish I'd never looked at those photos. My back is covered in wood bark...oops, I mean goosebumps!!!

I guess I shouldn't ask what '2girls1cup' means?

As for this guy, wow. Truly bizarre. Feel bad for him though, resorting to a freak show to make ends meet. Wife left him. He gets ridiculed. It's sad.

Hehe, I only heard some girl talk about the video on the phone in the train last week, never gave it a second thought. Reading through this thread I gave it a chance, I now must say my mind and eyes have just lost any decency or innocence I might still have had...

HOWEVER, the reaction vids are indeed very funny! I love it how the smallest things get hyped way out of proportion (LEAV BRITNEY ALONE!)... good stuff.

Definitely looks like he was becoming an ent.
