Nope but I know a guy who can sell you the right chemicals for the car wash. PM me if you are interested.

Are you talking about a commercial venture? I don't know if there is any space for this type of thing in Tuscany. The only place I can think of is by the Home Depot, but you are probably looking at a million bucks for that property.

I know you need a special sewer hook up to have a car wash, and that can pooch your plan pretty fast.

I am surprised more carwashes aren't built.
I know they don't get much business in the summer, but you can virtually not lose money on those things considering what winter is like in these parts.

I wash my ride pretty regularly in the winter. As soon as the chinook has the roads dry, I'm at the car wash.
For $3-4 bucks at the DIY places, how do people not? I hate it when my truck is dirty with that 2 week old sprayed muddy dirt from the snow melting onto the streets.

I have 2 Petro Canada franchises. One of them has a car wash. I've looked into opening one and it's a lot of money.

I feel the same way. It's also kind of fun to use that super hose.

I was just meaning that you burst his bubble. I'll take your word for it though, I've heard they cost a buttload.
Anybody know what the property would be worth?
