Anybody else go? I'd never seen him before, thought he put on a pretty incredible show. The guy sure had a lot of energy, way more than I was expecting. The crowd was really into it too, had a blast.
I wish I would have known he was in town, some how I didn't hear about it until this AM... I have always heard he puts on an amazing show and even though I'm not a huge fanboy I don't mind a few of his songs and it would have been cool to see him, he's kind of a legend. ... I guess that all depends on the cost, I wouldn't have shelled out $300 bones for it either... but $50-$75 would have been no problem.
he put on a really good high-energy show. I went in thinking "well, I know 'piano man' and that's about it", but the guy wrote an incredible amount of great music. I knew almost every song, I just didn't know before hand that they were his songs.
great show. glad I got a chance to hear him before he calls it quits.
